Tucked away along a small residential street of Jalan Kemuja in Bangsar, you’ll find the charming Lisette’s Café & Bakery – a beautiful combination of old world Malaysia with modern twists.

Lisette’s Cafe was born in August 2018, proudly named after the own Lisette Scheers… the amazing woman behind the beautiful Nala Designs brand. It was previously known as DR Inc. and has been since re-branded to Lisette’s.

First things first – it’s important to note that Lisette’s Sunday brunch is predominately vegetarian and vegan, with some meat options. Now I’m a carnivore myself, but heck, Lisette’s vegetarian selection definitely gives meat a good run for its money.

There’s a diversity in the selection and the options are colorful. And best of all, I always leave a Lisette brunch feeling full for majority of the day.

All of the dishes are packed full of goodness, with enough variety to suit even the fussiest of eaters. Best of all, after a Sunday brunch session at Lisette’s Cafe in Bangsar, you’re left feeling wholesome because the food is healthy and comforting. You can taste the freshness in the food, which makes me wanting more.

The Verdict

Sunday brunch at Lisette’s Cafe is the perfect way to celebrate the weekend with family and friends. It’s packed full of goodness, so you’re not left feeling guilty for over-indulging in all that fresh fruits and veggies.

The all-you-can eat Sunday brunch in Bangsar comes at an affordable RM55 ++ (A$19 | U$12)  per person, one of the best valued brunches in town. Beverage is additional with coffees ranging from RM10-17 ++. Now it does get busy, so I highly recommend booking a table to secure your seat…and get there early so you can jump right in and enjoy the food before the crowd.

If you also find yourself in town during a weekday, good news is that you can still enjoy a delicious Lisette’s vegetarian buffet every Tuesday and Friday for RM35++ (A$12 | U$9) per person.
